My liver biopsy is scheduled for Feb 12, 2025, in Butler Hospital. It will be a CT-guided needle biopsy.
They will not let me drive home. Alison agreed to drive me there and back. I suspect it will only take a few hours like my lung biopsy.
When Paige S. told me I needed a biopsy, I asked if we could schedule it either in Butler or IRMC in Indiana. She called Dr. Ramineni and he said he rather I had it in Butler since they already knew me and had my history.
The only possible hick-up is if they want me there in the very early morning like 6:30 am. If that is the case, I will drive there myself and ask David D. to help get me and my car home.
